No drops or damage, just started to fail.
Does anyone else have an issue when you open the camera app, the image shakes and you can hear a shaking noise, and the image doesn’t stabilize and focus? Sometimes it does but all it takes is to move the phone a little bit and it starts the camera all shaky shaky again.
is there a warranty recall on this issue?

No warranty and no recall.
The costs of ant repair will be much more than the device is worth.
Your opinion. The cost of the repair is also probably less than getting a different device. My opinion.
