iPhone 8 Camera Stabilization Shakes Randomly

Hi guys, I have and iPhone 8 and whenever I use my camera, the picture stabilization feature “malfunctions” and starts to shake camera vigorously. You can hear a ticking noise when this happens. I take care of my phone and have never dropped it but I am worried because it is no longer in warranty and also I do not want to pay a ton of money to get it fixed. I have looked and there is not any recalls about this issue for the iPhone 8, but have seen that many others have this issue. Please help!
