IPhone 6s Plus camera unstable shaking poor stabilization

No drops or damage, just started to fail.

Does anyone else have an issue when you open the camera app, the image shakes and you can hear a shaking noise, and the image doesn’t stabilize and focus? Sometimes it does but all it takes is to move the phone a little bit and it starts the camera all shaky shaky again.

is there a warranty recall on this issue?
