Accidentally deleted 'desktop' shortcut from favourites

Hi Community, I accidentally deleted my 'desktop' and 'downloads' folder from my mac. Normally I'm using shortcuts to locate new downloads and move them to my desktop before putting them in a folder. I was trying to setup my new MacBook Pro, when i deleted the folders from 'favorites' in the finder menu. Now I have to select a folder every time I download a file and I am unable to drag those files to the desktop.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1
