Iphone-Whatsapp issue

Whenever i receive call on whatsapp, the caller id/name is not disaplyed. It just rings and call will be converted to missed call as i am unable to attend call due to non display.

i will only get to know from missed call list. and some time the timestamp shows on missed call is very different.
