Factory reset one device.
If I have an iPhone and two iPads and if I factory reset the old iPad without backup, will I loose any information - text messages, photos, etc. - in iCloud or on the other two devices?

A device or factory reset will not directly impact the locally stored data of other devices that are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID
