Hi,
Are you trying to download from the Apple App Store? If you are then it is likely that you either have to update your payment details or your account settings are set to always ask for a password when downloading an app.

If you have already tried this and you are still being asked for your password, you might want to try signing out of you Apple account and then signing back in.
