I deleted apps then when trying to download apps again it says password but won’t accept my password to download but passwords work fine when I login online
what do I do about this problem it’s very frustrating

Are you currently using the same Apple ID that you used to acquire these apps originally?
An app is forever tied to the Apple ID that acquired it -
An App Store app is forever tied to the Apple ID used to acquire it (paid or free). The Apple ID is encoded into the licensed copy that is downloaded. It is in the copy's DNA. That is the only Apple ID that can redownload or update the app. If you cannot access the original Apple ID, you will need to reacquire the app with your new Apple ID. That means repurchasing paid apps.

You mean if all my email address. Eerecox on previously used apps the changing and saving new user Id and password with iCloud won’t work -?If forgot password chosen and a new password created with todays user Id or email why doesn’t it work
And when asked chose login with Apple versus Amazon or Facebook how to answer Apple ID password chosen only works first time when I forgot password on app not used lately Saving new password yet next time How do I log in??????
