I am trying to crop an downloaded video and i am getting this error:
“There as an error saving this video. Please try again later.”
I have tried:
Restart, hard restart.
Also, cropping other pictures and videos seem to work, only this video is troublesome.
This video is downloaded from official xBox app.
Any help please?

If the issue continues and since this only occurs with this video, try redownloading and attempt to edit the new copy.

Sadly, neither of your suggested methods helped me to fix the problem.
I also downloaded more recorded clips off my xBox application and they all seem to not work.

Thanks for following up. If the issue is only occurring with videos downloaded from your Xbox app, then it sounds like there maybe some restrictions imposed by Xbox. We would recommend contacting Xbox support for additional support.
