Hello, I got a promotion for buying my 1-year free subscription iPad, I deleted the email by mistake and I don't know how to get that benefit back, can someone help me?

If you are within the 60-day activation window, within which the trial must be activated, you should be able to activate you free trial directly from the qualifying device. You should see the activation prompt in the device Settings.
