Apple Wallet card “verification”

I added my new card to my apple wallet and it’s giving me a phone number to call my bank and verify my card for apple wallet. I’ve never had to do this and the number doesn’t match my banks number. I called the number and some girl answered and it sounded very sketch. Anyone else had this happen?

Card Verification issues After I add my card to my wallet it then need to be verified. My problem is that the only two options it has to verify my card is to call my bank where they say it’s an apple issue and to send a text to my home telephone number despite my trusted phone number being my cellphone number in my settings. It doesn’t allow me to change the number, I need help please!

Apple Wallet To verify my card on wallet it has the wrong phone number for card verification and it’s not one I ever had or know.
