I just purchased AirPods Gen 2 perfect condition. And they are officially GONE:( purchased on FB was wondering how to go about it

Is there a way to get a replacement these. Feel warranty is still good or we put one on there

If you are saying your purchase from FB never arrived, you would

have to deal with FB.


If you are saying the AirPods arrived but are now lost, warranty

covers only manufacturing defects - not loss or user damage.


If purchased with credit card, some provide limited loss protection.

Or your home owners/tenants insurance may provide coverage.


If this is not what you are asking, provide more details so someone

may offer a solution.
