AirPods replacement policy?

I've had my new AirPods for about 3 weeks and the left one doesn't work anymore. I dont think I have damaged it myself in any way, have always looked after them kept them in the case when they aren't being used. Will I be able to exchange for a brand new working pair?

You will need to schedule an appointment with the Genius Bar and take it in to the nearest Apple store.


They can examine it and determine what needs to be done next.
