No more touch screen bluetooth function on ios 14.3? Need it back so I can make apps. and games work with my controller using a keymapping app.

I'd like to be able to use an app. like ShootingPlus V3 so that I can make a custom keymap for a unsupported app. or game. If I'm correct V3 is no longer compatible with anything after ios 13.3 do to the removal of the touch screen bluetooth function. I bought a PS4 controller to be able to control a multirotor (drone) using the corresponding app. for it and a custom keymapper like V3. Will this function be reintroduced so that keymappers will work with future ios's?
