Snow falling in weather app

It sounds like you are not seeing animations in the Weather app on your iPhone. We can help with this.

You'll want to start by making sure the "Reduce Motion" feature is not currently enabled by going to Settings > Accessibility > Motion. You can find out more information about this feature here: Reduce screen motion on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue persists, set Display Zoom to Standard in Settings > Display & Brightness > Display Zoom.
