Can’t reset passcode with apple id
When I enter my apple ID and password, the device considers it as a failed attempt and drops me back to the ‘enter passcode’ screen with 16 failed attempts instead of 15.

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
