Is your Apple Watch SE Sport Band Faulty?

Hi Apple Community,

I wore my brand new Apple Watch SE with the pink sand sport band for a total of 3 weeks before it slipped off while picking up a bag and fell to it’s death (cracked screen). The Apple support manager told me that they had not had any complaints of the sport band being faulty and I simply cannot believe that. Please respond to this if you are having issues with the sport band randomly falling off your wrist when doing minimal/normal activity. I also recommend that if that is the case, to replace your band with a band that actually secures the watch with a good old-fashioned clasp and/or call Apple Customer Service to complain, so that they log your complaint in their files. If not, they will tell you that they have no prior proof of complaints when you try and get it fixed. I am extremely frustrated as I need to pay essentially the cost of a new Apple Watch to get it fixed.
