how do i take call and text restrictions of my phone because my mom out this thing on where i can’t make calls or send sms texts after a certain time so how do i take it off??

Allow texts from certain contacts after screen time I have screen time set up on my daughters phone to block texts during downtime but I’d like her to still be able to text and get texts from us, her parents,even during downtime . How do I set that up?

You can’t. That’s what parental restrictions do.
