You have a 14 day return policy on items purchased directly from Apple.

I would assume not; however, we are all other end users here and do not work for Apple. Best check with Apple in your country just to make sure; not sure with the pandemic, but it used to be easy to just return the item to a store. You might want to check if there are stores open near you.
