OCR iOS file scanning
The scanning feature on iOS files is really helpful but I can't see how enable OCR - or is it just not capable of that?

This may not be a feature when scanning documents into Notes but there are many third-party apps available on the App Store that do OCR scanning. You should do a search there and review the different apps so you can determine which one would best fit your specific needs.
