15' Macbook Pro screen issue

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is the problem with this screen and how can I get it fixed? Thanks!!

I bought this Macbook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) in 2015 brand new, I notice small marks along the edge years ago but wasn't pay attention. Got a new laptop last year so this one wasn't in use for about a year. I start using again and notice the marks getting worse and even in the middle of the screen.

It doesn't look like on the actual display, more like on the glass( plastic )part on the display.

Well, the Anti-reflective coating has failed.
