iphone 8 plus still locked on apple logo after doing everything above

how to fix iphone 8 plus stuck on apple logo loop? Iv already tried up and down and holding down power but itunes says it cant find my device. Any help?

You must hold the power button til the restore screen and it can take some moments

see the process below at section “If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up”

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If this still fails arrange a repair
