Hi does anybody experiences with business apple manager? I would like use MDM (Intune) with business manager. I've done federation but unfortunately I have 80 conflict users e-mail address because users use company e-mail address for personal ID. My question is: what happens if users don't do anything after Apple contact those users by mail for changing personal apple id. Thanks a lot
Apple will change their email address to a temporary address. They don't get a choice after 60 days.
They can use everything, but their Apple ID in settings will reflect the temporary address. They can use the temporary address and existing password to log in and change to a current email address.
Thanks for reply. And after 60 days what happens? Can the user can use still his iphone without lost applications, pictures, settings like internet banking, apple pay etc.? Thank you
