hello good morning,

i wanted to ask if i get the ipad 4th generation can i add internet to it (i need it for travel and i dont have hotspot)? And how much per month will it be?

The 4th gen iPad is pretty old now (2012 model), i advise you to get a current-gen iPad.

For mobile data you need to buy an iPad w/ Wi-Fi + Cellular, and for data plans you need to contact your cellular provider.
