How can I remove a bookmark from my App Library? The only option given is to Share/ When I press on the icon, It will jiggle, but no X appears to delete it with

Deleting apps would be prevented by a restriction. Please check specifically Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases and make sure deleting apps is set to allow.

We understand you're trying to delete a bookmark from your Home Screen. We'd be happy to provide information to help you get it removed.

Keep in mind, no "x" will appear to delete the bookmark, you will see a minus sign (-) which should allow you to remove it.

However, if you don't see that either, do you see any restrictions in Settings > Screen Time?
