iphone magnifier is on, cannot enter passcode

I was on the iPhone 7 Plus with a provider and, having waited for a long time, gripped my phone rather strongly (I was upset). Afterwards, when I tried to do something else with the phone I saw that it is somehow stuck on the magnifier and is locked. I cannot move the magnified portion to enter my passcode. I turned it off, but when it turns on again, it's still on the magnifier. Help!
