My phone is not working anymore.

Hi,

Yesterday in the evening I tried to update my I phone 6 plus through my laptop. I went to finder and was able to press the update option. Sadly, my computer said error and now the only thing that shows up in my phone screen is "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" and an image of a laptop and a usb pointing to connect it to the computer. I tried reset it but I not had any luck.

Restoring my iPhone11 Hello, my iPhone automatically just turned off on me and the apple kept turning off and on . Now when I try to turn on my phone a computer pops up with a charger and it says "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" and when I try to restore my phone on iTunes I get an error message saying my iphone could not be restored due to an issue. What can I do? or whats the reason why that happend?

support.apple.com/iphone/restore as per above, i tried everything. phone comes once plug to power supply or my macbook as follows support.apple.com/iphone/restore. tried the force restart nothing happened. tried restore on macbook and update completes everything then screen goes black with this error support.apple.com/iphone/restore. dont know what to do.
