Restoring my iPhone11

Hello, my iPhone automatically just turned off on me and the apple kept turning off and on . Now when I try to turn on my phone a computer pops up with a charger and it says "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" and when I try to restore my phone on iTunes I get an error message saying my iphone could not be restored due to an issue. What can I do? or whats the reason why that happend?
