IPhone unable to restore

When I try to charge my phone I get a message on it that just says support.apple.com/iphone/restore. So clearly something is wrong with the phone, but when I try to restore it through ITunes it says that it is unable to restore it and gives an error 4013 code. Any advice?

Restoring my iPhone11 Hello, my iPhone automatically just turned off on me and the apple kept turning off and on . Now when I try to turn on my phone a computer pops up with a charger and it says "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" and when I try to restore my phone on iTunes I get an error message saying my iphone could not be restored due to an issue. What can I do? or whats the reason why that happend?
