First, have you had an opportunity to force close the Grindr app, in order to reopen it and test again? If not, let's do so now. Here's a guide with the steps to force close an app:

If the issue persists, we can also recommend restarting your iPhone, using the steps in this guide:


Restart your iPhone


At that point, if you're still not seeing that the app subscription is active, check to see if there are any pending transactions that could not go through in your recent purchases. Here's a guide with the steps to check your purchase history:


See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more


If there's an issue with your payment method, you'll want to refer to the information in this guide:


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store


At that point, if you've verified there is no issue with your payment method and it's still not showing your subscription, contact the app developer using the steps listed here:
