Mac Mini M1 dual monitors, split screen on both when watch video mouse pointer vanish until video closed

Ive only noticed this when using telegram app, when i look at a picture or watch a video from within telegram whilst in split screen (the video or pictures comes to the front and the split screen remains behind) the mouse pointer only remains 'active' whilst on the picture or video that is at the front on the monitor, if i attempt to move the pointer to the other monitor or to sidecar THE POINTER VANISHES, the pointer is still there as you can push buttons but the pointer is INVISIBLE

this is a problem in that if you are watching a long video from with the telegram app you cant use your second monitor or sidecar until the video or picture is closed.

this glitch may be prevalent in other apps, however I am just a simple user with an excellent little computer, I am by no means a developer or beta tester. I was just hoping someone might like to confirm this glitch and report it so it can be fixed. Kind Regards, Mark
