How do you enable the microphone for an app that does not list it in settings?
Another place to look is Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Microphone > Is it marked Allow Changes? Does the App you're trying to use appear here?

I don't know this app, but I'm betting there is a settings section in the App, which you likely need to open and go into to give your microphone access.
If there isn't, contact the App Developer as this is not an Apple product and they most assuredly know how this works with the app they developed for iPhone and iPad.
I have looked at every microphone setting- reinstalled the app thinking I may have missed it but only have video option, privacy settings & app settings within the iphone settings. This is the second app I have run across this. I’m going to use suggestion to contact developer.
