I confused why my Apple Watch is not turning on

I’m confused why my Apple Watch will not turn on it’s been on the charger for almost 5 hours now and then when I take it off the charger to try and turn it on and it shows me the red bolt

Apple watch I suddenly cannot swipe up or down on my Apple Watch to access torch etc. It’s working fine but it’s almost like it’s frozen when I try and swipe… I’ve tried looking through app on my phone but cannot find why …. Watch is locked, and I can’t unlock it My watch seemed to be stuck on the clock face. when I tried to sort it out via settings on my I phone. it has been locked, could the battery be knackered?
