iphone delayed ring after iOS 14 update

Every since the iOS 14 update, incoming calls ring fine on my Apple Watch and iPad, but are either severely delayed or do not ring at all on my iPhone 11 Pro. I do NOT have DND on, the ringer is at full volume, and the silent switch is not on. After 6 or so rings, the iPhone *may* start ringing, but often I have to answer the call on my iPad, or it will go to Vmail. This is SUPER annoying! FWIW, I am also experiencing a very high rate of “Call Failed” from my iPhone. I do not know if that is a separate issue or related.
