Ringer not working since update 17.0.3

after updating to 17.0.3 my phone doesn’t ring when I’m getting an incoming call. The only way I know I’m getting a call is my watch haptics. How can I fix this?

I will turn my ringer volumn all the way up but at times the phone will ring ONCE and then not ring again or ring very low to start with (even though I had previously turned the volumn up all the way) and I'm missing calls. I also turned off the button control for volumn in case that was being hit in some way. I have an Apple Watch and I use face recognition along with a password. What is causing the phone ringer to not ring at all or ring only once. iPhone 11, system 16.5 doesn't ring I have an Apple Watch and an iPhone 11, system 16.5 and neither ring when I get a phone call. How do I set my phone to ring.

SE2 won’t pick up a call when ringing. What could be the reason that my iPhone SE2 will not pick up a call when it is ringing. Call timer stays at zero. Calls go to voicemail. Voicemail works fine. The same call will ring and is answerable on my watch, iPad Pro, MacBook Pro; but it isn’t answerable on my SE2. Outbound calls can be made without problem. Cellular carrier tried some kind of network reset and it worked for 2 calls. Carrier blames Apple for a defective phone. Any suggestions for a solution?

Hi Meng22-,

We'd like to share some information to help with your device not ringing. Check in Settings>Sounds & Haptics. Or, you might have Focus enabled. Check Settings > Focus Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. we hope this helps you reach a solution.
