Apple Watch activity
My watch no longer gives me a weekly summary with a suggested move goal. How can I turn on suggested move goals?

I have the same problem and Notifications are on and not Private. For example, I still get the other Daily Coaching notifications on how I'm doing against my normal activity. I can call up the Weekly Summary from within the Activity app, but it is not pushed to me on Mondays and through the app it does not give a suggested goal.
