Bluetooth issue

After doing everything suggested, I still can't connect my bluetooth devices to new 12PM.


The phone was gotten from father who hardly used it before passing.


I can't get money back.


I am stuck with a phone that doesn't work the way I need it to?


This is extremely upsetting.
