Why didn’t I get a tornado warning?
We just had a tornado warning and my wife got a notification from her iPhone, but I did not. We both have Emergency Alerts and Public Safety Alerts turned on in notifications.

This isn’t really helpful, I already read that before I posted. I have the notifications turned on that were mentioned in the article.
You need to check with your carrier:
*Government Alerts are supported when using a SIM card from a supported carrier. Your Apple Watch can receive these alerts if your iPhone can receive them and is nearby, or your Apple Watch is on a Wi-Fi network. With a cellular plan from a supported carrier, your Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + cellular) can receive these alerts without your iPhone nearby. For more information, contact your carrier.

Only your carrier can tell you why you didn’t get it when you should have. It’s send through their network.

My wife and I are on the same plan (and thus carrier) and she got the alert.
