Updating to IOS 14

Hello!

I am looking forward to updating my iPhone X from iOS 14.1 to 14.3. There are a couple apps (particularly the Instagram 10th anniversary one) that I don't want to update. Will updating the iOS automatically update all my apps automatically?

No. Unless you have enabled automatic update for Apps.
