How does one ask someone at Apple a question, eg., how do alphabetize Safari Bookmarks when no one in the "Communities" gave an answer? Thank you.

Use the Contact Support link at the top right of every page of these forums.

To the best of my knowledge, what you want to do is not possible except by manually arranging them.
