HomeKit Automation temperature based smart plug controls

Hello. I have an Netatmo weather station, and some smart plugs connected to HomeKit. I have problems to make an automatic action to get the smart plugs turn on and/or off, at a given temperature lower then a certain level or the other way raise over a certain level. The same also with the co2 measurements PPM, when I add the given numbers for when action to start or stop, nothing happens(like to turn smart plug on to run a fan, when high co2 levels or temperatures).

How do I make this work?
