Can I update my iPhone 6 with the iOS 13 software?

That model can not be updated beyond iOS 12.5.1.

No. The iPhone 6 does not support iOS 13 or later due to CPU power and lack of RAM.

iOS 12.5.1 is the current version for iPhone 6.
