Today my iphone Xr stopped sending text messages to non iphone users. I can get text from everyone. I tried to forward a picture to someone and that went through just fine. How do I fix this problem so I can send text to non iphone users???

You can try resetting your network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will lose saved WiFi passwords but nothing else.
If that doesn't work, I'd suggest contacting your carrier.
