The long packet (the last one) is my actual router. By hook and crook, I found out that the other two are my HomePod Minis. About the same time I got them, I started having IPv6 problems on my (Catalina) MacBook Pro (using WiFi). I suspect a connection, since what the laptop is doing is periodically forgetting the IPv6 default route, prefix length, global prefix, etc. That happens particularly with the IPv6 automatically configured on the laptop; but even if I configure it manually, it happens.
Looking for Router Advertisement packets, I only saw them from those three sources, NOT from my other three HomePods (not Minis).
I see no good reason why HomePod Minis should send router advertisement messages!
