Air Pod Connection in Webex Meetings

I have my air pods connected via Bluetooth to my company laptop (Windows 10).

When I'm in a one on one WebEx meeting I can hear and talk perfectly and the other member in the meeting can hear me well too.

When another person or multiple people are on the call no one can hear me.

Virtual Meeting Air Pod Pro Connection Hi all: Have seen some other threads about this issue but not a solution. I've got new airpod pros that otherwise work great, but not on virtual meeting calls. They connect allright, but as the meeting goes on, the connection degrades (static) and often drops. Apple support replaced one of them but I'm still having the issue. Happens on Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Because they otherwise work fine, including listening to music on my 2015 iMac, and iPhone 12 mini, I wonder if its a bluetooth overload issue with the calls. My iMac has a wireless mouse and keyboard. Otherwise, its gotta be a software issue. Any thoughts?

AirPods voices are very low I CAN HEAR MUSIC ON MY AIR PODS, I WAS ABLE TO HEAR VOCIES UNTIL RECENT BUT SOMETHING CHANGED AND VOCIES ARE VERY, VERY LOW,SO THE AIR PODS ARE WORKING FOR CONVERSATION [Re-Titled by Moderator]

air pods work fine, charge fine, etc., but for phone calls people cannot hear me air pods work perfectly fine but nobody can hear me on phone calls!
