I cannot delete apps from my iPhone 6. The screens in posted directions to not give me that option. It shows only the app version, documents and data.
How can I delete apps from my iPhone 6s when the available screens do not match the instructions?

Settings, Screen Time
Thrn tap and hold the icon til it jiggles then tap the minus (-) on the icon
