Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone

Configuration profiles define settings for using iPhone with corporate or school networks or accounts. You might be asked to install a configuration profile that was sent to you in an email, or one that is downloaded from a webpage. You’re asked for permission to install the profile and, when you open the file, information about what it contains is displayed. You can see the profiles you have installed in Settings  > General > Profiles & Device Management. If you delete a profile, all of the settings, apps, and data associated with the profile are also deleted.

Turn off screen time.

Have you found a solution?

If not, try going to the page where you downloaded AppValley, possibly appvalley.vip and click to install and it take you to settings and you proceed to install again, it still install even if you have it. It ask you for your password, from your phone, and you just go through to install it. And after it says it does press done and you should be able to delete it.

Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> iTunes & App Store Purchases -> is Deleting Apps marked Allow?

Try to check in Settings -> General -> Profiles & Device Management, and delete the profile from AppValley.
