Anyone having issues installing this update. Mine has been stuck at "preparing" for a long time. I have an Apple Watch 3 Cell+GPS

Maybe try to reinstall the update by going into the Watch app and tap usage and delete update and reinstall it
Yes the watchOS 7.3 update will take some time.

It finally updated, it was just super slow. Thanks for the replies.
This still doesn’t work. I have uninstalled installed. Turned on and off both my phone and my watch. This latest update watchOS 7.3 is a nightmare. Either won’t BEI fry or it crashes before completion. Thinking of getting rid of my Apple Watch completely because of the update issues.
