why spotify quits while playing and iphone overheats?

for a few days spotify has suddenly closed continuously on iphone SE, I uninstalled the application and restarted the device but the problem persists, is someone having the same problem? it also heats up behind in the upper left immediately after spotify is shut down

Sounds like a bug with the Spotify app; I'd recommend asking them.
