Big Sur for Mac
I didn't update McAfee before installing Big Sur and now am unable to update McAfee.
What do I need to do?

Use the official uninstaller to remove it. If in doubt visit the Developers website.
Third party AV is not recommended— it typically does nothing but add issues to the macOS and competes directly with Apples own built in security:
